Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): For wholesale orders, MOQ is 50–100 units per model unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are not binding until confirmed by us in writing (email or formal quotation).

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly noted. We accept bank transfer, credit card (via payment gateway), and other methods as shown at checkout. For bulk orders, a proforma invoice (PI) will be issued; payment terms are stated on the PI.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

5. Returns & Warranty
Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (parts only) for standard models, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Returns: For defective items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide troubleshooting or replacement parts. Customized or branded products are non-returnable unless defective.
